Join us for a free balance and falls risk assessment, using standardized testing and the most current research.  You will be screened by our skilled, licensed, Physical and Occupational Therapists from our Regional Therapy Center and will also learn tips to help prevent falls.

Each screening will take approximately 30 minutes. Please wear comfortable clothing and sneakers.
